Katherine Fauvre, the creator of Tritype® and the Instinctual Stackings, is an internationally recognized personality expert. She is an author, teacher, researcher, and transformational coach. Having made a significant contribution to the Enneagram field, Katherine is an International Enneagram Association Accredited Professional with Distinction. She has been presenting her original work since 1985 and her research findings since 1994-1995.

Katherine also has the distinction of being the only person to have attended intensives with both Oscar Ichazo, the creator of the Enneagram of Personality, and Claudio Naranjo, the creator of the Enneagram Subtypes. In April 1996, Claudio Naranjo validated her 1994-1995 research about the Instinctual Subtypes.

She is triple certified with the early authors of the Enneagram with certification programs: Helen Palmer-David Daniels, Don Riso-Russ Hudson, Kathy Hurley-Ted Dobson (name changed to Theodorre Donson in 2003).

Katherine is an avid seeker and lifelong student of many diverse teachings and personality typologies. this includes but in not limited to MBTI, NLP, Faceology, Micro Expressions, Visual Archetypes, Body Language, Behavior Analysis, Symbols and their Meanings, Child Development and Age Appropriateness, Empathy, and Dream Work. Katherine has studied the work of Joseph Campbell, Darwin, Paul Ekman, Angeles Arrien, Stanislav Grof, Willard F. Harley (His Needs Her Needs), Imago Therapy, Harville Hendrix, Stephen Wolinsky, Tom Condon, and Eli Jackson Bear. She has taught the Enneagram in many countries and venues, including executive boardrooms, classrooms, and county jails, since 1985.

Being incorrectly typed takes the power out of Enneagram work. I cannot say enough about the need to be correctly typed! I had mistyped myself, and for a number of years felt quite satisfied with being an Enneagram Nine. Making the decision to learn about Tritype, opened up the possibility for me to learn my Truetype.
